Hill Plumbing and Air can perform any of your plumbing construction needs from design through the completed project installation. Furthermore, we’ve been involved in numerous projects in various aspects of commercial construction. Our projects include shopping centers, schools, commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, hospitals, elderly care facilities, parking garages, manufacturing and other industrial facilities. In 2010, Hill Plumbing and Air was involved in the complete plumbing installation of the first eco-friendly hotel in South Carolina. The Holiday Inn located in West Columbia uses multiple tank-less water heaters, as well as high-efficiency fixtures to reduce water usage. In addition, 2014 offered a unique opportunity to partner with Enerworks and Rouleau & Associates, Inc in a reusable energy Project. The project included installing several solar panels at a dairy farm in Salem, SC.
